▸What exactly does the license cover?
Programmatic access to the DueVestor data feed: connector outputs as Finding[] records (sanctions hits, PEP screens, litigation, corporate registry, adverse media). It does NOT include the per-report orchestration product — for that, the per-report retail API at /pricing/api is the right surface.
▸How is this different from buying credits on /pricing/api?
The API V3 catalog at /pricing/api sells reports (Type A through D, $79–$990 retail). The data-license sells the underlying data that the report engine consumes. You build your own products on top of it — your own screening tool, your own KYC pipeline, your own adverse-media monitor.
▸How does billing work?
Self-serve billing through PayPal Subscriptions. PayPal Business invoices are procurement-friendly, and wire transfer or ACH are available for Enterprise as a contract amendment. DueVestor is registered in Israel, so Stripe is not on the table.
▸What happens if a source disappears or is rate-limited?
Every connector has a circuit-breaker + 24h stale cache for sanctions sources. The /status page surfaces real-time health for every source; uptime numbers are computed over a rolling 90-day window. Source outages are reflected in your feed (with a typed status flag) rather than silently masked.
▸Do you train AI on our queries?
No. DueVestor's policy is documented in docs/legal/TRAINING_DATA_PROVENANCE.md — your queries are not retained as training data. Connector outputs are derived from public + licensed sources; the system prompt + tool inputs to Anthropic are scoped to one request at a time.
▸What is the SLA?
Starter is best-effort with 24/7 AI assistant support. Growth gets priority 24/7 AI assistant + founder escalation for critical incidents, and 99.5% uptime on the API. Enterprise gets 99.9% uptime, 1-hour P1 ack, 4-hour P2 ack, priority AI assistant + direct founder escalation, and a quarterly business review.
▸Can I evaluate before signing?
Yes. A 30-day evaluation tier is available at no charge — full API access on a sandboxed dataset (one month of cached records). Sign up self-serve at /enterprise; the AI assistant onboards you, and the founder handles scoping for critical-scale deployments.
▸Cancellation + refund policy?
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable but cancellable at the end of the period — your data feed stays live until periodEnd. There is no auto-renewal price increase; renewals are at the same rate unless the subscriber initiates a tier change.
